New Delhi (RNI) Due to uncontrolled eating habits, lifestyle, increasing pollution and stress, premature wrinkles on the face, hair fall and greying are now becoming a complex problem among youth and children.
Especially working women and young girls are getting very troubled by these problems. To get rid of this, they are not only taking the help of dermatologists and beauticians, but have also started using indigenous and foreign cosmetic items. Excerpts from the conversation with experts regarding these problems are as follows:-
Well-known, Pranami’s wellness Founder Director Aesthetician & Cosmetology Mrs. Pranami Devi says that these problems are common in increasing age, but such problems untimely are a matter of concern.
She said that due to uncontrolled food habits, lifestyle, increasing pollution and stress, the problems of premature wrinkles on the face, hair loss and graying are increasing. Therefore, there is a need to pay attention to this.
Smt. Pranami Devi said that to overcome this, people are using Korean material on a large scale these days, which is very beneficial.
Homeopath Dr. Anand Bhati says that along with lifestyle, increasing pollution and stress, the use of chemicals on a large scale is also a big reason.
Dr. Bhati said that to deal with these problems, it is necessary to fulfill the deficiency of vitamins and minerals in the body. Along with this, exercise should be done to relieve stress. Hair should be massaged with natural oils and smoking should be avoided.
Senior cosmetologist Dr. Poonam Arya said that to protect the face from premature wrinkles, the skin should be protected from sunlight. Alcohol and smoking should be given up and as much water as possible should be drunk.
Dr. Arya said that many times dark spots appear on the face, which eventually have to be removed with laser technology.
Vasundhara Hospital's CMD and Senior Physician of Medicine Dr. Girjesh Rastogi says, there are many reasons for graying of hair, in which deficiency of melanin hormone, deficiency of vitamins, iron, protein, calcium, copper and folic acid are the main ones.
He said that to prevent hair from graying, it is important to pay special attention to diet first. Take nutritious food, so that the body can get all the necessary vitamins. L.S.
