The budget of profit of Rs 2,70,19,850 for the year 2025-26 passed

Hardoi (RNI)Today a special meeting of the board was held in the Nagar Palika office under the chairmanship of Sukh Sagar Mishra Madhur, Chairman, Nagar Palika, Hardoi. In the budget meeting, the estimated income of the year 2025-26 was Rs 58,19,20,000 and estimated balance of 5,50,25,350=00 on 31 March 2025, total income of Rs 63,69,45,350=00 and expenditure of Rs 60,99,25,500=00 was shown and at the end of the year, a balance of Rs 2,70,19,850=00 will remain, which will be in a profit situation. In this budget, construction of roads in each ward, development work of intersections, and development of parks will be done and the financial condition of the Nagar Palika will be further strengthened by increasing new sources of income. The timely payment of salary allowances and pension to the employees of the Nagar Palika will be ensured. The budget was unanimously approved and the Executive Officer and Hon'ble Chairman were authorized. Every possible effort will be made to increase the income of the Municipality. This is a budget of Rs. 2,70,19,850=00 profit and the income and expenditure are balanced. After discussion, the budget was passed unanimously and the Executive Officer and Chairman were authorized for further action. Chairman Sukh Sagar Mishra Madhur thanked all the councilors present for their cooperation in the development of the city and also said that he will make continuous efforts for the development of Hardoi city. Cooperation was expected from all the councilors in the future as well. Executive Officer Shri Ramendra Singh thanked all the councilors present in the meeting and requested everyone's participation in the Communicable Disease Fortnight in the city. Municipality's Dr. Pushpraj Gautam Tax Superintendent, Chandrakant Junior Engineer (Water), Amit Gupta Junior Engineer (Civil), Accounts Clerk Vidya Bhushan etc. were present in the meeting.
