TEENAGE GIRL GANG RAPED

Bhabhua, 30 November 2022, (RNI): Three persons including a teacher outraged modesty of a teenage girl reading in Class VIII in Kaimur district when she was going to the field to attend call of nature. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Bhabhua Woman police station in this regard against five persons under POCSO Act. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the rapists. The police brought the girl to the Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for medical examination and also produced the girl in the Kaimur Civil Court to get her statement under section 164 CrPC.

Family members blamed that four persons decoyed a teenage girl of Schedule Tribe community living at Adhaura Hill in Kaimur district who read in class VIII aged about 14 years and took her to a secluded place where they gangraped her. Meanwhile, the head master of a primary school Surendra Kumar Bhashkar reached there. Seeing the teacher, all the four rapists escaped from the scene. Taking advantage of the situation, the teacher also outraged her modesty and escaped from the scene. The girl somehow reached home crying and narrated her ordeal before the family members. The family members took her to the police station and lodged an FIR.

Kaimur SP Rakesh Kumar said that a teenage girl had gone to the field to attend call of nature when four youths of Sikari village forcibly took her to a secluded place and raped her. Meanwhile, Headmaster, Primary School reached there. Seeing the Headmaster all the four escaped but the Headmaster himself outraged her modesty. The police arrested the Headmaster Surendra Kumar Bhashkar and are conducting raids to arrest the rest four rapists.
