PROPERTY DEALER SHOT DEAD

Buxar, 15 November 2022, (RNI): Some unidentified armed miscreants shot dead a property dealer at Kulhawa village under Dumraon police station in Buxar district and escaped from the scene. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Rahul Singh of Kulhawa village. Reason behind the incident is still to be ascertained. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Dumraon police station in this regard. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants. The police recovered a country made pistol and the motorcycle of the deceased from the spot.

SHO Dumraon police statio said that Rahul Singh of Kulhawa village was going somewhere on his motorcycle and when he reached near Tedki Bridge on Koransarai Canal road, some armed miscreants intercepted him and pumped bullets into his body killing him on spot. The miscreants threw the pistol and live cartridges near the body and escaped from the scene.

Buxar SP Neeraj Kumar Singh said that some miscreants killed a property dealer Rahul Kumar. The police are investigating the matter and would arrest the miscreants very soon.
