POLICE ATTACH PROPERTIES OF THREE NAMED ACCUSED

Ara, 19 November 2022, (RNI): Bhojpur police complied with the order of the court and attached properties of three named accused in connection with murder of Akash Patel, nephew JD(U) district vice president in presence of magistrate. The police attached properties of Vikki Yadav, Shivam Rajput of Bhola Jee Lane and Rahul Jaykar of Dr Laxmi Charan Lane at Shivganj under Ara town police station.

Some armed miscreants had fired on JD(U) district vice president, Bheem Patel’s brother Amarjeet Bhai Patel and his nephew Akash Patel when they were working in their flour mill at Sheetal Tola under Ara town police station on November 12, 2022. Akash Patel died on spot while Amarjeet Bhai Patel is undergoing treatment at the Ara Sadar Hospital. An FIR was lodged with the police under Ara town police station against six named and six unnamed persons. Police, failed to arrest the miscreants, filed petition for the attachment of properties of all the six named accused. After hearing, the court issued property attachment warrant against three named accused.
