MINOR GIRL CRUSHED TO DEATH

Ara, 16 December 2022, (RNI): One minor girl was crushed to death near Badahara village under Charpokhari police station on Ara-Sasaram main road in Bhojpur district. The deceased was identified as Nisha Kumari 10 daughter of Pramod Ram of Badahara Mahadalit Tola. Later the police brought the body to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. SHO Charpokhari police station Nikunj Bhushan said that Nisha Kumari was playing near the road when a speeding vehicle crushed her to death. Irate villagers and family members blocked the road and demanded compensation for the deceased family. Later the BDO, Charpokhari gave a cheque of Rs. 20,000 under family benefit scheme and the blockade was lifted.
