MINOR BOY WENT TO JAIL WITH HER PREGNANT MOTHER
One two year old minor boy had to bear the brunt of his mother and had to company with her to jail for the crime her mother had committed.
Ara, 19 November 2022, (RNI): One two year old minor boy had to bear the brunt of his mother and had to company with her to jail for the crime her mother had committed. His mother had killed her lover and was arrested. She is eight month pregnant and will beget a child in the jail.
Bhojpur SP Sanjay Kumar Singh said that Chandan Tiwari 25 son of Daya Shankar Tiwari of Dhamwal village under Shahpur police station in Bhojpur district had gone to Sohara village under Krishnagarh police station his married beloved Ruby Kumari wife of Raju Paswan in the night on November 14, 2022. He said that during investigation, it came to light that Ruby Kumari had called her lover Chandan Tiwari. The family members caught them red handed in compromising position and thrashed Chandan Tiwari to death. The police arrested Ruby Kumari, her husband Raju Paswan, father-in-law Bir Bahadur paswan and the brother-in-law Sachin Paswan and sent them to jail in connection with murder of Chandan Tiwari. As a two year old son could live without his mother, he also went to jail along with his mother Ruby Tiwari who is eight month pregnant at the time of arrest and will bear a child inside the jail next month.
He said that Ruby Kumari daughter of Gulap Paswan of Dhamwan village under Shahpur police station had illicit relation with Chandan Tiwari of the village but she was married to Raju Paswan son of Bir Bahadur Paswan of Sohara village under Krishnagarh police station in the year 2018. Despite marriage, she continued her relation with Chandan Tiwari.
In the FIR, Shiva Ji Tiwari, grandfather of the deceased said that Chandan Tiwari was a priest and had come to Dhamwal village from Uttar Pradesh on November 14, 2022 and the same night he along with Bhuwaneshwar Paswan, Budhram Paswan, Butan Paswan, Mantu Paswan and Guddu Paswan of the village went to celebrate birthday party but he did not come back. On November 15, 2022 morning, the Shahpur police station informed the Krishnagarh police station about the murder of Chandan Tiwari.
The SP said that the police got evidence of conversation in between Raju Paswan and Ruby Kumari and two FIRs were lodged with the police under Shahpur police station in this regard earlier.
