Liton Rakib is a young poet, Resercher & activist

kolkata. (RNI) Lition Rakib a poet lover and himself a poet. his creation has been derived from simple language and deep sense of life.First poetry book"Retur Dan" .Rhyme book"Chhora Dilam Choriye"And edited book "Gram Nagar"Has been edited by the literary magazine" Taranga"For a long time and he is handing The responsibility of "samoyiki" ''Somoyer shabdo''  ''Nishana'' and many more.

Liton Rakib not only a poet he is also a social activist and executive editor of NBTV. He founded of Hefarodox organisation "Alopoth" He is a convenor of "vai bon er ashor"A literary based event.  He writes regularly for several daily newspaper and other magazines.These young poet and researcher has been honored with several honors is the country as well as in abroad.

he was born on 18 December 1991 in MaraPiya village of Hatpukuria, A remote area of canning subdivision in south 24 Parganas district.He started studying in a government free primary school .He used to stood fast in every classes from the beginning after that, He passed his secondary from Gola Uchchya Vidyalaya in baruipur and senior secondary from taldi Mohan High School. Letter higher studies in Calcutta and Jadavpur University.
All though the subject of research area is about little magazine,The subject of interest is lower caste women's worid, third gender etc.

He is also always been vocal about the right of children with special need.In his writings, the pair of misery of these neglected and Disparage people has appeared again and again.He has given hundreds of speeches on these issues in different places. He has written articles on literature ,culture and  research in almost all of the small and large newspaper and literary magazines.

He has received the genuine love of the readers.Recently liton Rakib has received the  savitri Chatterjee Memorial Award for editing and publishing magazines Since  his childhood days, courtesy  of the department of liberry and information science of JU,He also received many honours including  Bango Sanskriti somman.Bangla -Assam-Utkal International medel etc.

Not only writing during Corona virus and Amphan Super cyclone period, He had provided food to street  children , vagabonds , beggars, helpless maids,poor, homeless, distressed for almost three months. Launched triples for temporary shelter and provide dry food, medicine and community kitchens in several affected areas.As recognisation,The Government of India's department of information and Broadcasting has received special recognisation for the bast signs of humanity in the Corona and Amphan climate.Accredited by press council of india and press Association of Bengal. 

He visited Bangladesh for literature in 2021.He came to Chittagong on the invitation of Chittagong history Research Centre .However he first came to Chittagong after completing the program of Barishal Dhaka, The capital of Bangladesh. he attended some others programs .Including visiting the birthplace of the revolutionary master da surya sen. And the place where pretty Lata waddedar Sacrifice his life in Chittagong.

During his visit prominent Journalist and human right activist violet Haldar from Norway.German social worker Rokeya sultana Rothe ,  historism Sohel Muhammad Fakruddin,Photographer Kishore Karmakar,Freedom fighter researcher sushanta Ghosh and Barisal reports Unity Bappi Majumdar where with him.

Bangladesh itihas parishad  ,Sahitya patho chakro,Professor Abdullah Abu Saeid center of world Literature" Bishwa Sahitya Kendra" ,Honor the poet in the present of registarer and Vice chancellor of barisal University and Chittagong University and Minister of government Of Bangladesh.He has been invited to Norway, Sweden Germany, bulgeria.

Most of his works were composed in his father house of south 24 Parganas Taldi.Here he is spent almost two decades. All though the poet is currently living in south kolkata.

Being a child of a traditional family.He grew up in a cultural environment from his childhood and later  retained it with his intellect and spirit,as a result of which the family of columns-stories-articles-features-poetry is still going on.

He is wellknown social activist associated with various organaization. specially for the awakeing of the backward people. He is responsible and honest. He is working for people's right as well as aware of society and time.
