LIFE IMPRISONMENT FOR MURDER
Additional District and Session Judge III, Buxar Civil Court awarded life imprisonment to a person, Shiv Jee Tiwari in connection with murder and also slapped a fine of Rs. 65000 on him.
Buxar, 5 December 2022, (RNI): Additional District and Session Judge III, Buxar Civil Court awarded life imprisonment to a person, Shiv Jee Tiwari in connection with murder and also slapped a fine of Rs. 65000 on him.
Public Prosecutor, Buxar Civil Court, Satya Prakash Singh said that Gopali Tiwari was shot dead at Nainijor village under Brahmpur police station in Buxar district on November 28, 2012 when he protested burning of straws. Shiv Jee Tiwari had shot dead Gopal Tiwari at the behest of his father Indra Deo Tiwari. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Brahmpur police station against Indra Deo Tiwari and Shiv Jee Tiwari. After investigation, the police submitted chargesheet in the court but Indra Deo Tiwari died during pendency of the case.
