Kukatpally top one among illegal constructions Jurisdiction of GHMC: TPCC member Dr. Satyam Srirangam

Hyderabad, January 10: Dr. Srirangam Sathyam TPCC members stated in his Media Statement on Tuesday, that the corruption of town planning officials is rampant in KukatPally circle and the followers of MLAs are encouraging illegal construction with the support of government officials. Satyam Srirangam demanded. If imperative, he will go to sue in the court for illegal constructions.  

The authorities of the circle have completely failed to implement the TS Bpass Act, which was brought for the benefit of the people, and by bending some of the provisions of this Act in their favour, they have left the illegal constructions in the air. In addition to this, the builders are constructing more floors than the permission given, and due to these illegal floors, the stilts are collapsing in the construction phase and sacrificing precious lives. He said that he can go. He said that before the coming of the TS Bpass Act, the town planning authorities were very responsive and used to respond to complaints about illegal constructions and demolish the illegal constructions, but after the coming of the TS Bpass Act, the officials are acting irresponsibly to receive complaints. He said that the illegal constructions in Kukat Pally were not registered in the registration offices and the common people who bought them due to lack of bank loans were facing various problems and there were no supervisors who cared about pointing out the corruption.
