IDEALS OF LORD RAM IS RELEVANT EVEN TODAY—BIHAR GOVERNOR, FAGU CHAUHAN

Buxar, 16 November 2022, (RNI): Ideals of lord Ram is relevant in all times, said the Governor of Bihar, Fagu Chauhan at Buxar at the conclusion of nine day Sanatan Sanskriti Samagam-Towards Ram Rajya organized under the banner of Sri Ram Karmbhumi Nayas, Siddhashram, Buxar.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor, Bihar Fagu Chauhan said that the rule established by lord Ram as an ideal is called Ram Rajya. In Ram Rajya, no one would be hungry. Only the state established by Ram is capable of fulfilling our aspirations and hence those policies are relevant in all work. For the welfare of humanity and culture and for nation building, the association and protection of ever striving saints is necessary said he and added that there are many such elements in the life of Lord Ram by which the solution of the crisis of human existence and society is possible.

Kendriya Minister Ashwini Choubey said that there is a confluence of nature (Prakriti) and Sanskrit. They had a plan to plant one crore trees on the road and along the river Ganga and requested the people to plant one tree every year as one tree is equal to 10 sons. During his speech, Ashwini Choubey lost his temper after the microphone developed some snag. He damaged the microphone.

Jagadguru Ram Bhadracharya, Jagadguru Anantacharya, Laxmi Prapann Jeer Swami Ji and others were present on the occasion.

Padmbhushan Sri Ramanandcharya Jagadguru Rambhadracharya announced to build highest idol of lord Ram killing the demons like ‘Tadka’ and ‘Subahu’ in Buxar during his 1357^th discourses on Sri Ram Charit Manas. He also took vow to build temple of lord Vaman and renovation of temple of Ahilya Mata at Ahrauli in Buxar. He said Buxar would be developed so with the help of ministers to general people that the devotees who visited Ayodhya, birth place of lord Ram, could not stop themselves from visiting the ‘karmbhumi of lord Ram’ at Buxar. He said Rs.9 would be taken from people because Lord Ram was born on Naumi and so Rs. 9 would be considered a full amount.

Laxmi Prapanna Jeer Swami Ji Maharaj, speaking during the programme said that physically disabled persons are not entitled to hold post. Citing example from Mahabharat, he said that Dhrishtrashtra was made king as he was blind from birth but his younger brother Pandu was made king. He, commented on Jagadguru Rambhadracharya who is deprived of eyesight, without taking name, said the person who has read the holy books oneself, is not right to give sermon and discourses on religious books and also on religion. He added that they can adopt bhakti marg but are not entitle for discourses on religion.

Reportedly  Chief Ministers, Yogi Adityanath (Uttar Pradesh), Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan (MP), Hemant Vishwasharma (Assam), Pushkar Singh dhami (Uttrakhand), Manohar Lal Khattar (Haryana), Prem Singh Tamang(Sikkim), S. Viren Singh(Manipur, Pramod Sawant (Goa) and Eknath Shambha Ji Shinde (Maharashtra) while Governors Arif Mohammad Khan (Keral), Ganga Prasad (Sikkim), Kalraj Mishra (Rajasthan), Satyadeo Narayan Arya (Tripura), Manoj Sinha (J&K) had to  attend the programme but they maintained distance from it though crores of rupees were invested. Though the Governor, Bihar Fagu Chauhan was earlier invited but he graced the occasion. It was said that Ashwini Choubey had not invited the Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar due to political rivalry. It was said that this was not BJP’s programme but individual programme of Ashwini Choubey.

Several cultural programmes were also organized on the occasion and artists like Anuradha Podwal, Sharda Sinha, Kallu, Devi, Hansraj Raghuvanshi, Kailash Kher, Priya Gautam, Pooja Gautam, Maithili Thakur and others performed there.

It may be said that Maharshi Vishwaamitra's Tapobhumi and Bhagwaan Raam's Karmbhumi Buxar’s Ahilyaa dhaam Ahirauli, International Saint Congregation was organized during a nine day Sanatan Sanskriti Samagam.
