-Government Rail Police (GRP), Ara and a team of CIB conducted raid M/S Ranjeet Niwas Café at Gausganj locality under Ara town police station and arrested rail ticket broker Rajeet Kumar in connection with illegal trade of e-tickets
Ara, 30 November 2022, (RNI): Government Rail Police (GRP), Ara and a team of CIB conducted raid M/S Ranjeet Niwas Café at Gausganj locality under Ara town police station and arrested rail ticket broker Rajeet Kumar in connection with illegal trade of e-tickets. The police also seized one live e-ticket worth about Rs. 843 and one used e-ticket worth about Rs. 2114. The police also seized a monitor, one CPU, one printer, one board, one mouse, one mobile and Rs. 4200 in cash.
SHO RPF, Ara, Suman Kumari said that Ranjeet Kumar made two tickets on one ID and thus cheat consumers and even the government.
