Hyderabad, April 2: Former minister Mrs. Konda Surekha participated in the executive meeting of the Congress party held at Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad on Sunday  and in this executive meeting everyone was asked to wear a black ribbon as a protest against the suspension of Rahul Gandhi.
