Food grains will be distributed from April 11 :-District Supply Officer

Hardoi (RNI)The District Supply Officer has informed that under the National Food Security, the free distribution of food grains allotted for the month of April, 2025 will be done between 11 to 25 April 2025 in the month of April, 2025. He informed that after the distribution of the months of February and March 2025 under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana, including the quantity of leftover millet available at the fair price shops level, 14 kg wheat, 16 kg rice and 05 kg millet (as per availability) will be distributed per card holder to the Antyodaya families of the identified blocks of Hardoi district. In every case, the distribution scale will be kept unchanged (21 kg per card) by combining rice and millet. Millet will be distributed on priority to those cardholders who have not taken distribution of food grains / millet in the last month. When the quantity of millet is exhausted, 14 kg wheat and 21 kg rice (total 35 kg food grains) will be distributed per card among the remaining Antyodaya card holders. The facility of portability transaction will be available in the distribution of food grains, uninterrupted distribution of food grains will be ensured from 06.00 am to 09.00 pm. The last date of distribution under the said scheme will be 25 April 2025, on which day distribution will be completed through mobile OTP verification for consumers who are unable to receive food grains through Aadhaar authentication.
