New Delhi (RNI) Well-known social worker and agitator Ram Gopal will contest elections from two Lok Sabha seats.
Shri Gopal gave this information during an interview. He said that for this he has selected South Delhi and Firojabad parliamentary constituency of Uttar Pradesh. He said that both these areas are politically important.
When asked about the election agenda, Shri Gopal said that he will contest against fear, hunger and unemployment, because today there is an atmosphere of terror in the society. People are victims of hunger on a large scale. The situation of unemployment is this, that 40 crore people are suffering. Educated people are selling pakodas. For this they have also started traveling and public relations in the area.
Shri Gopal, who was active in the Anna movement, said that today the society has been divided in the name of caste and religion. Social harmony has ended. There is only talk of power and votes. Democracy is in danger due to this and it needs saving.
Mr. Gopal, who claimed to have more than two dozen parties in his support, said that this is the time for all people to unite and uproot sectarian forces, otherwise the country will go into trouble. We can strengthen the country only by realizing Gandhi's dreams. He said that the opposition is being destroyed. Two Chief Ministers have been arrested during the elections.
When asked that despite this, Modi's influence continues in the country, social worker Shri Ram Gopal said that if elections are not held through machines, BJP will not get even 100 seats. Then what kind of fire they’re talking about?
