Economist & former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh immersed in Panchtatva

New Delhi (RNI) Former Prime Minister of the country Dr. Manmohan Singh was cremated with full state honors at Nigambodh Ghat here today. His daughter lit the funeral pyre.
Dr. Singh died last Thursday night at AIIMS. He was 92 years old. On the occasion of the funeral, many big leaders including President Mrs Draupadi Murmu, PM Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Mrs. Priyanka Vadra and King of Bhutan were present at Nigambodh Ghat in Delhi.
On behalf of Dr. Singh's family, wife Mrs.Gursharan Kaur and daughters Upinder Singh, Daman Singh and Amrit Singh were present at Nigambodh Ghat. The family also met Prime Minister Modi. LS.
