-Bhojpur police attached property of Uma Shankar Mishra and seized movable properties when he did to turn up after expiry of time of his bail.
Ara, 14 November 2022, (RNI): Bhojpur police attached property of Uma Shankar Mishra and seized movable properties when he did to turn up after expiry of time of his bail. He was a named accused in the murder of main witness Kamal Kishore Mishra in the murder of BJP state Vice president, Bisheshwar Ojha.
Kamal Kishore Mishra, a main witness in the murder of BJP State Vice President, Bisheshwar Ojha, was killed at Sonbarsha village under Karnamepur police outpost when he was returning with fodder and Uma Shankar Mishra was made named accused along with others in this regard. The police arrested him and sent him to jail. Later he got four week bail but he did not turn up after expire of the time. The court took it seriously and after interrogating police, issued warrant of property attachment. The police had earlier pasted proclamation notice (Ishtehar) on the walls of Uma Shankar Mishra. The police, at the direction of Bhojpur SP Sanjay Kumar Singh and led by the SDPO, Jagdishpur attached his properties and seized all movable items.
