YOUTH SHOT AT AND INJURED IN BHOJPUR VILLAGE

Ara (RNI) One youth was shot and injured at Ekwari village under Sahar police station in Bhojpur district merely for protesting using choicest words. The injured was admitted to the Ara Sadar Hospital. The injured was identified as Ankit Kumar 26 son of Arun Singh of Ekwari village under Sahar police station. Tension prevails in and around the village following the incident. Police force has rushed to the police and started investigating the matter. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Sahar police station in this regard. 

Nageshwar Sharma, uncle of the injured said that Ankit Kumar was returning home from the market in the evening on March 15, 2025 when a youth of the village embroiled with him near his house. Ankit Kumar abused the youth that infuriated him and he went to his house and returned with firearms and shot at and injured Ankit Kumar.
