YOUTH OUTRAGED MODESTY OF A MINOR GIRL

ARA-----------------------------A case of outraging modesty of a minor girl, a student of class LKG after confining her into a room under Ara town police station area in Bhojpur has come out of closet. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Ara town police station in this regard on the statement of family members of the girl. On information police rushed to the spot and even a team of Forensic Science Laboratroy also reached there and collected evidences. The police arrested the rapist at once and sent him to jail. The rapist was identified as Md. Rizwan 35 son of Md. Saheb of the same locality under Ara town police station. At present he lived at Barahbatara locality in a rented house.

SHO Ara town police station said that Md. Rizwan, father of two children, lived in a rented house at along with his family and the victim also lived in that house at rent. About six months ago, he left the house and started living in a rented house at Barahabatara but some of his belongings were kept in the old house. He went there in the evening where he decoyed the minor girl and took her inside a room and closed the door where he outraged her modesty. The condition of the girl deteriorated. The police arrested the rapist and brought the girl to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination.

Mother of the girl said that the rapist earlier lived in that house but some days ago he had left the house. Since, he did not come there. She said that she was sleeping when the girl went out.Meanwhile Md. Rizwan came and lured the girl inside the room and outraged her modesty after closing the door of the room. The girl told her mother all about her ordeal saying that the uncle had committed dirty work with her. She said that neither of the renter never misbehaved with the girl.
