YOUTH DRAGGED A TEENAGE GIRL OUT OF HER CLASS BY HER HAIR IN BUXAR DISTRICT, POLICE ARRESTED THE YOUTH
A youth entered a high school and dragged a teenage girl by her hair in full public view but no one bothered to stop her and neither anyone came to her rescue. After the CCTV footage became viral, the police swung into action and arrested the youth and sent him to jail after interrogation. The arrested youth was identified as Anshu Kumar son of Kripa Shankar Ram of Tier village under Rajpur police station in Buxar district.
BUXAR (RNI) A youth entered a high school and dragged a teenage girl by her hair in full public view but no one bothered to stop her and neither anyone came to her rescue. After the CCTV footage became viral, the police swung into action and arrested the youth and sent him to jail after interrogation. The arrested youth was identified as Anshu Kumar son of Kripa Shankar Ram of Tier village under Rajpur police station in Buxar district.
SHO Rajpur police station Sanjay Kumar said that the girl had gone to her school as usual when a youth Anshu Kumar entered into Class IX of Tier High School under Rajpur police station and caught a girl of the class by her hair and dragged her out of the school in full public view. No one came to her rescue. Rather neither teacher of the school nor the people present there dared to stop the youth though the girl student was crying for help. Meanwhile someone informed the police regarding the incident. The police at once rushed to the spot and arrested Anshu Kumar. It was said that Kripa Shankar father of the youth has say in politics and so no one could muster courage to help the girl.
The SHO said that the girl was produced in the Buxar Civil Court to get her statement registered under section 164 CrPC and sent the youth to jail under judicial custody. Police lodged a named FIR in this regard and also investigating the matter.
