ARA-----------------------A youth was crushed to death by a speeding vehicle near a Petrol Pump at Gadhani Dhyani Tola under Charpokhari police station on Ara-Sasaram main road. The police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Rudal Krishna 32 son of Varanasi Singh of Ghodatap village under Bihata police station in Patna district.
Family members of the deceased said that Rudal Krishna had gone to his sister at Bahuara village under Natwar police station in Rohtas district. He was returning home on his motorcycle and when he reached near Dhyani Tola Petrol Pump under Charpokhari police station on Ara-Sasaram main road, a speeding vehicle dashed his motorcycle injuring him badly and escaped. The locals rushed him to the Primary Health Centre at Gadhani but the doctor sent him to the Ara Sadar Hospital whence the doctors referred him to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in precarious condition but he succumbed to his injuries on way to the PMCH.
