YOUTH COMMITS SUICIDE IN BHOJPUR VILLAGE

ARA--------------------------One youth committed suicide by hanging himself to the ceiling fan of his house at Pratappur village under Sandesh police station in Bhojpur district. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Amit Kumar alias Pappu 35 son of late Tapeshwar Singh of Pratappur village Ward No 3 under Sandesh police station. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Sandesh police station and the police are investigating the matter.

SHO Sandesh police station said that Amit Kumar alias Pappu entered his room in the late evening when all the family members were busy and locked the room from inside. When he did not come out of his room for quite long time, his wife went to call him. She knocked the door but the door was opened. She raised an alarm. Hearing her cry, the family members rushed to spot and when the family members broke into the room, they found that his body was hanging to the ceiling fan. Later they took down the body and informed the police. On information, the police arrived at the spot and recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.

Family members said that the deceased had married twice. His first wife had died after some days of the marriage and so he was re-married about two and half a year ago with Prabhawati Devi of Pasaur village under Charpokhari police station.
