WOMAN MAGISTRATE TOSSED ON THE ROAD, CLOTHES TORN PEOPLE GOT ANGRY SEEING BULLDOZER AT ARA, RUCKUS OVER ANTI-ENCROACHMENT DRIVE

ARA (RNI) In a bizarre incident, the woman magistrate and Ara Circle Officer (CO) Pallavi Gupta who had gone to remove encroachment at Sardar Patel Bus Stand, was attacked by the encroachers. They grabbed CO’s hair and tossed her on the road and even tore her clothes. The encroachers also scuffled with the security guards when they tried to intervene. Despite, the CO Pallavi Gupta did not give up and freed the two storey house from the encroachment by driving away the encroachers.

The Ara CO Pallavi Gupta with police force and bulldozer went to remove encroachments along with Kayamnagar Zero Mile main road near Sardar Patel Bus Stand. Seeing the bulldozer, the encroachers became agitated and beat her up. People grabbed her hair, tossed her on the road and also tore her clothes. When the security guards came to her rescue, the encroachers scuffled with them. The incident created panic in the area. However, CO Pallavi Gupta did not lose courage. She chased away the encroachers from there. After this, she got the two-storey house demolished and freed the place from encroachment.

There was tension in this area for many days. The encroachers had attacked the JCB on March 22, 2025 and broke it. Despite, the team reached there to remove the encroachment without adequate security force. Sadar CO Pallvi Gupta was also present on the spot. As soon as the JCB machine started demolishing the two-storey house, some male and female members of the house attacked the CO. They hit the CO, tossed her on the road and tore her clothes. The encroachers also scuffled with the security guards when they came to her rescue. Later some policemen arrived at the spot and forcefully removed the encroachers from there. After the incident, more police force has been deployed in the area. The police are investigating the matter and also trying to nab the culprits.
