Bhabhua, 8 February 2023, (RNI): One woman succumbed to death at Varanasi during treatment. She was injured in a group clash at Lodipur village under Chainpur police station in Kaimur district on February 6, 2023. The deceased was identified as Ramawati Devi wife of Surahu Bind of Lodipur village. An FIR was lodged with the police under Chainpur police station in this regard against persons, Bharat Bind, Raj Kumar, Raja Ram, Divyendu, Ramchandra and Jitendra on the statement of Surahu Bind. Police are investigating the matter and are also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
SHO Chainpur police station Sanjay Kumar said that two groups clashed over irrigation of field at Lodipur village under Chainpur police station in Kaimu district on February 6, 2023 in which three persons of each group were injured. The injured were admitted to the Primary Health Centre, Chainpur but the doctors later referred Ramawati Devi wife of Surahu Bind and his on Munna Bind referred to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital. When condition of Ramawati Devi further deteriorated, the doctor referred her to Varanasi where she succumbed to her injuries.
