One woman was killed while her daughter was injured when a brick laden tractor dashed the motorcycle near Darauli village under Durgawati police station in Kaimur district.
Bhabhua, 8 May 2023, (RNI): One woman was killed while her daughter was injured when a brick laden tractor dashed the motorcycle near Darauli village under Durgawati police station in Kaimur district. The police recovered the body and brought it to the Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for postmortem and admitted the injured to the Primary Health Centre, Durgawati but the doctor referred her to the Higher Centre in precarious condition. The deceased was identified as Sushila Devi 51 wife of Ramesh Yadav of Udaypura village under Durgawati police station while the injured was identified as Renu Kumari daughter of Ramesh Yadav.
SHO Durgawati police station said that Sushila Devi along with her daughter Renu Kumari was going to Mohania Bazaar from Udaypur village on a motorcycle and when they reached near Darauli village on NH-02, a speeding brick laden tracor from Uttar Pradesh knocked down the motorcycle killing Sushila Devi on spot and injuring Renu Kumari. The driver escaped with the tractor after the incident.
