WOMAN ELECTROCUTED TO DEATH
One woman was electrocuted to death at Shivsagar village under Giddha police outpost in the morning.
Ara, 9 June 2023, (RNI): One woman was electrocuted to death at Shivsagar village under Giddha police outpost in the morning. Later the police brought the body to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Meena Devi 38 wife of Dilip Kumar Rai of Shivsagar village under Giddjha police outpost in Bhojpur district.
Meena Devi had gone to the field in the village in the morning to attend call of nature where she came contact with live electric wife set around millet field to save the crop with animals and badly injured. She was rushed to the hospital but she succumbed to her injuries on way to the hospital.
Sanjay Kumar Ram son of the deceased said that electric wife was set around the field to save crop with animals and he had told him to remove the electric wire several times.
