WOMAN DIED AFTER DELIVERY, FAMILY MEMBERS CREATED RUCKUS
Family members and villagers went on rampage and created ruckus at the Jagdishpur Referral Hospital after the death of a woman after delivery blaming the doctor for negligence. The deceased was identified as Nazini Khatoon wife of Afzal Alam of Sinha village under the same police outpost in Bhojpur district.
Ara, 10 July 2023, (RNI): Family members and villagers went on rampage and created ruckus at the Jagdishpur Referral Hospital after the death of a woman after delivery blaming the doctor for negligence. The deceased was identified as Nazini Khatoon wife of Afzal Alam of Sinha village under the same police outpost in Bhojpur district.
The maternal house of Nazini Khatoon is near a pond at Jagdishpur Ward No. 1. She complained labour pain and her family members admitted her in the Jagdishpur Referral Hospital where she begot a girl child but her condition deteriorated and so the doctor referred her to the Ara Sadar Hospital. The family members blamed that the doctor referred her without giving any treatment and so she died on way to the Hospital.
