VIGILANCE ARREST VILLAGE KUTCHERY SECRETARY RED HANDED TAKING BRIBE

Ara, 4 February 2023, (RNI): A team of Vigilance department from Patna arrested Village Kutchery Secretary Mantosh Kumar Ram red handed from Jagdishpur while taking Rs. 10000 bribe.

Reportedly, Mantosh Kumar Ram along with revenue employee was trying to complete works related to circle office in a rented house behind Mahila College at Ward No 4 when the Vigilance team arrested him. He was posted a Village Kutchery Secretary at Hetampur panchayat.

It may be mentioned here that a team of Vigilance Department had arrested a Labour Enforcement Officer (LEO), Rana Kumar red handed while taking Rs.10000 bribe for giving amount under Girl Marriage Scheme. He was a resident of Garaul locality in Vaishali district and lived in a rented house along with his family members at Kankadbag in Patna.
