UNCLE KILLED NEPHEW FOR A PIECE OF LAND
Uncle shot dead his nephew at Jaipur village under Brahmpur police station in Buxar district merely for a piece of land. The deceased was identified as Pappu Pandey 30 son of Satya Narayan Pandey of Jaipur village.
Buxar, 22 March 2023, (RNI): Uncle shot dead his nephew at Jaipur village under Brahmpur police station in Buxar district merely for a piece of land. The deceased was identified as Pappu Pandey 30 son of Satya Narayan Pandey of Jaipur village. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The police also conducted raid at the house of the accused and recovered one rifle, one gun and 81 live cartridges from his house and detained two persons Sandehi Ram and Ayodhya Pandey on suspicion.
SHO Brahmpur police station Baijnath Chaudhary said that an army man Tadak Pandey pumped three bullets into the body of his nephew Pappu Pandey at Jaipur under Brahmpur police station in Buxar district. The family rushed him to a private nursing home at Ara where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment. The villagers also informed the police. On information the police swung into action and recovered one rifle, one gun and 81 live cartridges from the house of the accused and also detained two persons Sandehi Ram and Ayodhya Pandit for interrogation. He said that Tadak Pandey and Pappu Pandey had property dispute and a case was pending in the court of DCLR, Jagdishpur in Dumraon.
