On this occasion, Dr Satyam Srirangam said that as a Chief Minister of composite Andhra Pradesh twice, YSR introduced many development and public welfare schemes and implemented them successfully without interrupting, and he will never be forgotten by the Telugu people.  He said that YSR introduced many welfare schemes during the Congress regime, mainly Arogyashri, free electricity for farmers, houses, house plots, fee reimbursement, loan waiver for farmers, 108, 104, Jalayagnam, twenty five paise interest loans etc. He won the millions of the hearts of the Telugu people.

He said that only welfare and development will be remembered as YSR.  At a time when the composite Andhra Pradesh was ruling under severe drought, late Dr YSR over comed and freedom the state from famine clutches.In this program, A block president P.  Nagi Reddy, Congress senior leaders Sheri Satish Reddy, Gottimukkala Venkateshwar Rao, Balanagar Division President Madhu Goud, Balaji Nagar Division President Krishna Rajput, KPH B Division President Tammineni Praveen, YSR Fan Association and Congress Party chief leaders, workers and women participated in the large scale.  .
