ARA-----------------------One youth succumbed to his injuries on way to the Patna Medical College and Hospital while another was killed on spot in a road accident. The deceased was identified as Ritesh Kumar alias Bhola 20 son of late Tapan Singh of Ratnadh village under Gadhani police station in Bhojpur district. Police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
SHO Gadhani police station said that Jai Kumar 28 son of Sri Bhagwan Singh of Sariaya village under Kachchhawa police station in Rohtas district along with his relative Ritesh Kumar alias Bhola and Rajnish had gone to the Ratnadh Bazaar for purchasing on a motorcycle in the late evening. When they were returning home, a speeding vehicle collided head-on with their motorcycle near Dhamaniya Bridge on Gadhani-Ratnadh main road in which Jairam Kumar was killed on spot while Ritesh Kumar alias Bhola and Rajnish Kumar were injured. The family members rushed them to the Primary Health Centre, Gadhani but the doctor referred them to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in precarious condition but Ritesh Kumar alias Bhola succumbed to his injuries on way to the PMCH while Rajnish Kumar was admitted to a private nursing home in Patna.
