TWO YOUTHS CRUSHED TO DEATH IN BUXAR VILLAGE

BUXAR---------------------------A speeding truck crushed to death motorcycle borne two youths near Murar village under the same police station on Koransarai-Bagel main road in Buxar district in the late evening on January 6, 2025 and dragged both of them for about 20 feet due to which the thigh of one get amputated from the body and fell 10 feet away from the body. The wheels of the truck ran over them. The driver fled from the scene leaving the truck behind. The deceased were identified as Kamlesh Ram son of Bhagelu Ram of Bhadar village under Vasudev police station and Ram Babu Ram son of Lal Babu of Raghunathpur under Brahmpur police station. Later the police recovered the lacerated bodies and brought them to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The police also seized the truck.

SHO Murar police station Aman Kumar said Tengari Ram of Dalit tola at Chaugai village under Murar police station had died two days ago and so his nephew (bhanja) along with brother-in-law (devar) of his daughter Ram Babu Ram had come to Chaugai to mourn. Later they went to Koransarai. When they were returning on a motorcycle, a paddy laden truck to Chaugai at great speed dashed their motorcycle at Murar police station under the same police station on Koransarai-Bagen main road in Buxar district in the late evening on January 6, 2025 and the the wheels of the truck ran over both the youths killing them instantly. The youths enmeshed in between the wheels and the truck dragged the about 20 feet on the road due to which thigh of a youth was amputated and fell about 10 feet away on the road.
