TWO TEACHERS DISMISSED AT THE DIRECTION OF PATNA HIGH COURT

Buxar, 14 June 2023, (RNI): At the direction of the Patna High Court, two middle school teachers were dismissed from their service. The Education Department said that they were dismissed on May 31, 2023. The dismissed teachers were identified as Bijay Kumar of Middle School, Patkhawaliya and Anita Devi of Middle School, Dadura of Rajpur block in Buxar district.

The Education Department had told the teachers to complete teachers’ training course by October 19, 2022 under the State Teachers’ Service Code. As per the direction all the teachers teaching in schools completed the teachers’ training course but two teachers Bijay Kumar and Anita Devi overlooked and did not complete the course despite several reminders and so those teachers who did not complete the teachers’ training course in Bihar, have been dismissed from their services. Block Teachers Niyojan Units. Besides, letters are received for the dismissal of five teachers of Primary Schools and the Panchayat Yojan Units have been apprised of it. Letters have been sent to the Panchayat Niyojan Units to dismiss the teachers Munni Kumari of Primary School, Dulfa Panchayat, Hajipur, Fulwanti Kumari, Primary School, Udhavpur, Meera Kumari, Primary School, Puraini Khurd, Rajpur Panchayat, Jagnarayan Singh, Primary School, Khanpur, Harpur Panchayat, Kumari Neelam, Urdu Primary School, Chhatauna, Rasen Panhayat, These teachers would very soon be dismissed after inquiry.
