ARA----------------------------Motorcycle borne two persons were killed when a speeding vehicle collided the motorcycle near Chakradah village under Udwantnagar police station on Ara-Arwal main road in Bhojpur district. The deceased were identified as Sunil Sharma 42 son of Suresh Sharma of Kritpura-Birampur village ward No. 6 under Giddha police station and his friend Santosh Chaudhary 45 son of Srinath Chaudhary of Ward No. 13 of the same village. Irate villagers blocked the Ara-Arwal main road with the bodies and paralyzed movement of vehicles for about two hours. They raised slogans against the district administration and demanded compensation for the families of the deceased. The blockade could be lifted after positive response of the police officers. Later the police recovered the bodies and brought them to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
Kamlesh Chaudhary, uncle of the deceased Santosh Chaudhary said that the brother-in-law of Putul Kumar, sister of Santosh Chaudhary had died and so he along with his friend Sunil Sharma was going to his sister at Baruhi village under Sahar police station on his motorcycle when a speeding vehicle collided with the motorcycle near Chakradah village Mor under Udwantnagar police station on Ara-Arwal main road in Bhojpur district killing both the friends on spot.
