TWO LOVE BIRDS ARRESTED

Ara, 24 February 2023, (RNI): Bhojpur police arrested two love birds from the Bihia railway station under Danapur rail division of the East Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur but later handed them over to their family members and sent them to their homes after giving warning.

A teenage girl of a village of Zamira Panchayat under Ara Muffassil police station came in contact with a youth of Bhadwar village under Chandi police station in Bhojpur village on social media and both fell in love. The girl was a matric student and after the matriculation examination concluded, in the evening on February 21, 2023, she escaped with her lover instead of going home. After spending some time together, they waited for a New Delhi bound train at the Bihia railway station. Meanwhile, Sachin Kumar, Chairperson, Bihia Nagar Panchayat, suspected and queried from them but they told him that they were brother and sister. But he informed the police and they revealed before the police that they were lovers and were waiting for New Delhi bound train and had planned to stay there for some day together. Later the police called their family members and handed them over and sent them to their homes with warning.
