TWO KILLED, TWO INJURED
Two cousin sisters were killed while their brother-in-law (jija) and a young girl were injured in a road accident near Subedarbigaha village under Shahartelpa police outpost in Arwal district when they were going to Aurangabad from Dubauli village under Gadhani police station in Bhojpur district to celebrate Chhatha.
Ara, 26 March 2023, (RNI): Two cousin sisters were killed while their brother-in-law (jija) and a young girl were injured in a road accident near Subedarbigaha village under Shahartelpa police outpost in Arwal district when they were going to Aurangabad from Dubauli village under Gadhani police station in Bhojpur district to celebrate Chhatha. The injured were admitted to the Arwal Primary Health Centre. The deceased were identified as Rani Kumari 20 of Matiyara village of Kayamnagar under Koewlar police station and Rupa Kumari 18 of Kumhaila village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district while the injured were identified as Manoj Kumar Jha and Kiran Kumari of Dubauli village under Gadhani police station in Bhojpur district.
Manoj Kumar Jha said that they were going to Aurangabad from Dibauli village under Gadhani police station in Bhojpur district in a Pick-Up to perform Chhath puja there. When they reached near Subedarbigaha village under Shahartelapaa police outpost on Arwal-Aurangabad main road, the Pick-Up cashed against the heavy vehicle parked on roadside in which Rani Kumari and Rupa Kumari were killed while he and Kiran Kumar were injured. Condition of Manoj Kumar Jha is stated to be critical.
