Ara, 27 May 2023, (RNI): Two friends were killed when a speeding vehicle collided their motorcycle head-on near Chilbilia Mor under Piro police station on Piro-Sikarhatta main road when they were returning from a marriage. The deceased were identified as Bhim Kumar 18 son of Om Prakash Singh and Dadan Singh son of Prince Kumar of Chakia village under Sikarhatta police station in Bhojpur district. The police recovered the bodies and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
SHO Piro police station said that both the friends had gone to Rampur under Gadhani police station to participate marriage ceremony of their relative Rohit Kumar son of Hareram and when they were returning their native village at Sikarhatta on their motorcycle after the marriage, a speeding vehicle collided head-on near Chilbilia Mor under Sikarhatta Mor under Piro police station killing both the friends on spot.
