BHABHUA---------------------------Two cousin brothers met their watery grave while having a dip in the river Durgawati in front of Durgawati Bazaar under Durgawati police station in Kaimur district. The deceased were identified as Anand Chobey 17 son of Sandeep Chobey and Aman Choubey 18 son of Neeraj Choubey of Dahiyaw village under Durgawati police station. The police fished out the bodies and brought them to the Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
SHO Durgawati police station said that Anand Choubey along with his cousin brother Aman Choubey had gone to prepare Chhath Ghat on the bank of Durgawti river under Durgawati police station. After preparing the Chhath Ghat both went to the river to have a dip. During bathing in the river, both of them swayed away in the fast current of the river and were drowned. On information, the police rushed to the spot and fished out the bodies with the help of divers and brought them to the Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
