ARA-------------------------A speeding truck crushed to death driver of another truck when he was crossing the road near Petrol pump on Ara-Buxar main road under Shahpur police station in Bhojpur district. The deceased was identified as Dinesh Singh Yadav 37 son of late Ram Nagina Singh Yadav of Gauspur village under Mohammadbad police station of Gazipur in Uttar Pradesh. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
Vijay Kumar Yadav, elder brother of the deceased said that Dinesh Singh Yadav had come to the Koelwar Sand Ghat under Koelwar police station to load sand. In the morning he parked his truck at the roadside near Petrol Pump on Ara-Buxar main road under Shahpur police station and was crossing the road to have tea when a speeding truck from opposite side crushed him to death. The driver escaped with the truck. The locals informed the police about the incident. On information, the police rushed to the spot and identified him from his Adhar Card got from his pocket.
