THREE PERSONS KILLED, HALF A DOZEN INJURED
At least three persons were killed while about half a dozen persons were injured when a mini bus overturned near Araiya Tola Regal Hotel under Jagdishpur police station on Bihia-Bihata State Highway in the night on March 4, 2024.
ARA (RNI) At least three persons were killed while about half a dozen persons were injured when a mini bus overturned near Araiya Tola Regal Hotel under Jagdishpur police station on Bihia-Bihata State Highway in the night on March 4, 2024. The deceased were identified as Krishna Singh 40 son of late Baban Singh, Kamlesh Singh 35 son of Bindeshwari Singh and Ram Lal Singh 65 son of late Musafir Singh of Padariya village under Charpokhari police station while the injured were identified as Sonu Kumar, Madan Singh, Suraj Singh, Dharm Nath Singh, Krishna Singh and others. Police recovered the bodies and brought them to the Ara Sadar Hospital and admitted the injured in the Jagdishpur Sub-Divisional Hospital but the doctor referred them to the Ara Sadar Hospital in serious condition.
SHO Jagdishpur police station said that family members and villagers of Padariya village under Charpokhari police station were going to Buxar with a dead body for the last rites there in a mini bus and when the bus reached near Araiya Tola Regal Hotel under Jagdishpur police station on Bihia-Bihata State Highway, the driver lost control over the steering and the bus overturned on the road in which three persons were killed and about half a dozen persons were injured.
