THREE PERSONS KILLED, OVER A DOZEN INJURED
-Three persons including two close relatives were killed while over a dozen injured when a tractor overturned into a canal at Mukundpur village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district in the night on April 18, 2024.
ARa (RNI) three persons including two close relatives were killed while over a dozen injured when a tractor overturned into a canal at Mukundpur village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district in the night on April 18, 2024. Police recovered the bodies and brought them to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem and admitted the injured there. The deceased were identified as Bhadai Musahar 60 son of late Aghanu Musahar of Kheri village of Tiwaridih under Agiaw police station, Niramal Musahar 40 son of Jagdishpur Musahar Tiwaridih Kheri village and his brother-in-law Jagat Musahar 40 son of Tengari Musahar of Natampur village under Gadhani police station in Bhojpur district.
An injured Bhanu Kumar said at the Ara Sadar Hospital that about two dozen persons from Kheri village under Agiaw police station had gone to Charpokhari police under the same police station on a tractor to attend marriage ceremony of Fula Kumari daughter of Binod Kumar son of one of the deceased Bhadai Musahar. When they were returning from Charpokhari at about midnight, the driver lost control over the steering near the Chhoti Canal at Mukundpur village under Charpokhari police station due to speed breaker and the trolley of the tractor overturned into the canal in which three persons were killed on spot while over a dozen persons were injured.
