Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, arrested three miscreants including a history shitter from Gajadharganj area under Buxar Town police station in Buxar district and foiled their bid to commit some crime and also seized a country made pistol and 10 live cartridges and a magazine from them.

BUXAR---------------------------Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, arrested three miscreants including a history shitter from Gajadharganj area under Buxar Town police station in Buxar district and foiled their bid to commit some crime and also seized a country made pistol and 10 live cartridges and a magazine from them. The arrested miscreants were identified as a history shitter Sonu Gupta and his brother Amit Kumar and Ankit Kumar son of Dwarika Rai of Gajadharganj. Later the police sent them to jail under judicial custody after interrogation.
Buxar SP Shubham Arya said that the police got information that three armed miscreants assembled in a house at Gajadharganj area under Buxar town police station were hatching plan to commit crime. Taking it seriously, he formed a police team under the SDPO Dheeraj Kumar and the police team seized the said house and arrested three miscreants and also recovered one country made pistol, 10 live cartridges and a magazine from them though the family members attacked the police team.
The SP further said that Sonu Gupta alias Sunil Kumar Gupta had criminal background and cases are pending with the police under Buxar Town police station and Industrial police station and the police are delving criminal histories of the rest two arrested miscreants.
