THREE MISCREANTS ARRESTED FOR MURDER

Bhabhua, 22 March 2023, (RNI): With the arrest of three miscreants including her lover, Kaimur police claimed to solve mystery of murder of young girl at Panapur village under Mohania police station in Kaimur district. The police also seized the motorcycle used in the murder and a mobile. Later the police sent them to jail after interrogation. Rubi Kumari allegedly committed suicide after consuming poison on March 18, 2023 and the police recovered her body on the information of villagers from the roadside on way to Piya under Sonhan police station on March 19,. 2023. The arrested miscreants were identified as Umesh Tiwari of Devkali and Dr. Mahendra Prasad Singh under Kudara police station in Kaimur district and Vikas Kumar of Danara in Patna district.

Kaimur SP Hridyakant said that Surendra Prajapati of Panapur village lodged named FIR with the police under Mohania police station on March 18, 2023 against Umesh Tiwari in connection with Kidnapping of his daughter Rubi Kumari 25 and the police recovered body of Ruby Kumari on March 19, 2023. The SP formed a police team under the SDPO, Mohania. The police immediately swung into action and following technical research, arrested the named accused Umesh Tiwari first. During interrogation, he revealed that he took Rubi Kumari to Bhabhua Road Station and then took her to Parasathua where he gave her water mixed with poison to drink in a hotel and stayed at the petrol pump there to take petrol. When she fell unconscious, he took her to a hospital but the doctor refused and so he took her to his acquaintance Dr Mahendra Prasad at Rajeshwarnagar at Kudara where she breathed her last and so he along with his aide Vikas Kumar threw her body into a roadside ditch. On his revelation, the police arrested Dr Mahendra Prasad and Vikas Kumar. The police also recovered the motorcycle from Sukharipur under Sonhan police station.
