THIEVES STOLE VALUABLES FROM THE HOUSE AT ARA
Some unidentified armed miscreants broke into a house at Rambagh New Dharahara under Ara town police station and decamped with properties worth lakhs of rupees. They also took with them the CCTV and DVR.

They also took with them the CCTV and DVR. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Ara town police station in this regard on the statement of the owner of the house Abhishek Kumar Ranjan.
SHO Ara town police station Sanjeev Kumar said that Abhishek Kumar Ranjan son of Satyendra Singh and a resident of Rambagh New Dharahara, had gone to a marriage ceremony in the house of his relative along with his family members on February 1, 2024. Taking advantage of the situation, some armed miscreants broke into the house through the window. They also broke the Godrej Almirahas and stole jewelries including four gold chains, one gold bracelet, five gold rings worth lakhs of rupees and also Rs. 28000 in cash. When the family members returned from the marriage, they found all the goods were scattered hither and thither. They informed the police regarding the incident. The SHO stated that the thieves were so smart that they took with them the CCTV installed in the house and the DVR. He added that the police are investigating the matter and said that the thieves will be arrested very soon.
