On the initiation of Rohtas District ad also on the written petition of Babu Lal Pal of Bankat village of Varun in Aurangabad district and maternal uncle of Nathuni Pal, the police had filed a named FIR on September 17, 2008 and arrested five persons Rati Pal and his four sons, Satyendra Pal, Vimlesh Pal, Sribhagwan Pal and Jitendra Pal in connection with murder of Nathuni Pal and sent them to jail though they were bailed out after one and half a year for want of any evidence against them. Meanwhile, Rati Pal died as he could not bear the charge of murder and slur on him.

SASARAM-----------------------On the initiation of Rohtas District ad also on the written petition of Babu Lal Pal of Bankat village of Varun in Aurangabad district and maternal uncle of Nathuni Pal, the police had filed a named FIR on September 17, 2008 and arrested five persons Rati Pal and his four sons, Satyendra Pal, Vimlesh Pal, Sribhagwan Pal and Jitendra Pal in connection with murder of Nathuni Pal and sent them to jail though they were bailed out after one and half a year for want of any evidence against them. Meanwhile, Rati Pal died as he could not bear the charge of murder and slur on him.
In the FIR Babu Lal Pal blamed that Rati Pal uncle of Nathuni Pal and his four sons killed Nathuni Pal on September 08, 2008 and buried his body. He informed the Akodhigola police station in Rohtas district in this regard on September 12, 2008 and the police arrested all the five but later released them on September 13, 2008. He gave a written petition to the Rohtas SP and at his initiation a named FIR was lodged against them and the police arrested and sent them to jail on September 17, 2008. In the written petition Babu Lal Pal blamed that Rati Pal and his sons kept Nathuni Pal as a bonded labour and had got his three bighas of land and house property in the name of his wife and later killed him. After institution of FIR, the police arrested all the five and sent them to jail though the court released them for want of any evidence against them.
After 16 years, the police recovered Nathuni Pal in whose murder charges his uncle and his four sons were in jail for one and half a year and Rati Pal died due to no being able to bear the charges, from Jhansi alive and brought him to Akodhigola police station in Rohtas district. Two of his cousin brothers Satyendra Pal and Vimlesh Pal had accompanied the police to Jhansi to identify Nathuni Pal.
SHO Akodhigola police station Chandrashekhar Sharma said that the SHO Dhamana Chowki of Baruasagar police station in Jhansi district of Madhya Pradesh, Nawab Singh located Nathuni Pal in a suspicion condition during patrolling. When the police interrogated him, he revealed that he was a resident of Deoria village under Akodhigola police station in Bihar and was working as a labour while living in Jhansi and after that the police contacted Akodhigola police station SHO and apprised him of all the matters.
Just after receiving information from Jhansi police, a police team from Rohtas was sent there and the police recovered Nathuni Ram and brought him to Akodhigola police station. The SHO further said that the matter is being investigated seriously.
