TEACHER TORTURES STUDENT FOR KEEPING ‘SHIKHA’
A case of threatening to a student for ‘tilak’ and ‘shikha’ has come to light after the guardians and activists of the Vishwa Hindu Parshad registered their protest before the Headmaster of the school.
Bhabhua, 21 July 2023, (RNI): A case of threatening to a student for ‘tilak’ and ‘shikha’ has come to light after the guardians and activists of the Vishwa Hindu Parshad registered their protest before the Headmaster of the school.
A teacher in the R P S Public School at Azad Nagar in Bhabhua in Kaimur district always threatens a student of class IX of the school to remove ‘tilak’and cut the ‘shikha’ otherwise he would thrash him. The student blamed that the teacher was pressurizing him to come to school without ‘tilak’ and after getting his ‘shikha’ cut. Though the teacher also belongs to the ‘sanatan’ religion but the Christianity and Islam have overpowered him and so he talked like heterogeneous. The family members of the student and the activists of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad reached the school and registered their protest saying that such incident should not be repeated in the school.
When this correspondent tried to contact the Headmaster, he refused to say anything on the topic.
