ARA------------------------------On the occasion of 116th birth anniversary of a great monk, philosopher and organizer, dharm Samrat Swami Karpatri Jee Maharaj, prayer, worship and seminar were organized at the office of the Sri Sanatan Shaktipeeth Sansthanam at Friends’ Colony under the presidentship of Acharya Bharat Bhushan Pandey, president of the Sansthanam.
Speaking on the occasion, Acharya Bharat Bhushan Pandey, president of the Sri Sanatan Shaktipeeth Sansthanam and disciple of Swami Karpatri Jee Maharaj, said that Swami Karpatri Jee Maharaj dedicated his everything for tuhe upliftment of the living beings and the welfare of the world. He was a great philosopher, Sanyasi and organizer. He organized the events, yagya rituals and launched campaign of the All India Religious Association during dependent India and created a great awakening of national religious, Vedic culture through movements. When Vedic Yagyas started disappearing in North India and people in South India were protecting the method of Yagyas with dry ingredients, Swami Karpatri Jee Maharaj organized huge Yagyas at major centres like Mumbai and New Delhi etc. and introduced the Indians and British Sultanate to the Vedic heritage and its divinity.
Bharat Bhushan Pandey said that Mahatma Gandhi and Mahamana Madan Mohan Malmiya got the concept of Ram Rajya and the declaration of Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram under the influence of Swami Karpatri Jee Maharaj. He said that Swamit Karpatri Jee Maharaj and his followers had protested partition of India on August 14, 1947 and demonstrated in front of the Bungalow of the Viceroy. For the protection of cows, Vedic Varnashram virtues, dignity of monasteries and temples etc. the movement carried by the Ram Rajya Parishad under the leadership of Swami Karpatri Jee Maharaj is inscribed in golden letters in the history of India. He rectified the incompleteness and short-sightedness of all western beliefs through classical texts like Ramrajya and Marxism and enlivened the world with the light of the Indian mind.
The chief guest Prof Balraj Thakur said that Swamit Karpatri Jee Maharaj was a legend of embodiment of wonderful personality, austerity and boon of goddess Saraswati who was an exponent of religion and Brahm and his explanation of religion and Brahm is repected path for today’s generation and a medicine for the welfare of the whole world.
Janardan Mishra welcomed the distinguished guests and Madheshwar Nath Pandey organized the meeting and Satyendran Narayan Singh extended vote of thanks. Shivdas Singh, Vishwanath Dubey, Narmdeshwar Upadhyaya, Mahendra Pandey, Mrityunjay Chaudhary and others were present on the occasion.
