SPEEDING TRUCK CRUSHED TO DEATH A RURAL DOCTOR

ARA--------------------------Speeding truck crushed to death a rural doctor near Sikarhatta Khurd village under Sikarhatta police station on State Highway 102 in the morning. Later the driver escaped with the truck from the scene. The deceased was identified as Dev Muni Ram 65 son of late Nithali Ram of Sikarhatta Khurd under Sikarhatta police station. He was a rural doctor by profession. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.

SHO Sikarhatta police station Roushan Kumar said that Dev Muni Ram was on the morning walk as usual. Meanwhile, sand laden speeding truck from Bihata crushed him to death in front the house of Guddu Quraishi near Sikarhatta Khurd village under Sikarhatta police station on Bihata State Highway 102 and the driver escaped with the truck after the incident from the scene.
