Prof. Baliraj Thakur said that he was the creator of modern Bihar and people living in Bihar are indebted to him. There seems to be a lack of capable leaders in Bihar. Under his leadership, the administrative capacity of the State of Bihar was considered the best in the country. He said that there was not a place for even a single person of his caste in the secretariat located at his residence. Scholar Shree Babu is still out pillar of pride and beacon.
Shree Babu’s addiction to education and love of books is famous everywhere. Every bit of him was patriotic. The expert scholar Shree Babu was the light of Bihar. Prof. Thakur expressed concern and said that the sanctity of today’s politics is at stake.
