SHO ARA MUFFASSIL POLICE STATION LINE CLOSED, SI SUSPENDED FOR VIOLATION OF THE ORDER OF THE PATNA HIGH COURT

ARA (RNI) Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav lineclosed the SHO Ara Muffasil police station Sanjay Kumar Singh and suspended the Sub-Inspector Manish Kumar with immediate effect in connection with taking action despite stay by the Patna High Court. Departmental proceeding has also been initiated against them. Ravi Ranjan Singh has been made the SHO Ara Muffassil police station.

Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that the Patna High Court had stayed action in case but the SI Manish Kumar arrested a person and brought him to the police station. Patna High Court took cognizance against both the police officers and directed departmental proceeding against them. The SP further said that on the basis of direction of the Patna High Court, he lineclosed the SHO Ara Muffassil police station Sanjay Kumar Singh and suspended the SI Manish Kumar. He added that departmental proceeding against both the officers haa been ordered.
